Sequin-tial

Today’s post has blinding sparkle.

I’m not kidding.

Wearing this embellished sequined sweatshirt nearly blinded me when I came in direct sunlight.  And I sincerely apologize for anyone that came in walking distance of me.

Lo siento.  My bad.

When you’re confident in yourself and your choices you tend to shine bright.  You walk a little taller and smile a little wider.  It just feels good.  Confidence is the most important thing to put on before you leave the house but wearing this blingin’ top doesn’t hurt either.

I love the juxtaposition of this top.  It’s clearly a sweatshirt, which is the essential clothing of choice for chillin’ and the epitome of laid back swag — yet the sequins honey, the sequins!!!!  They add a fun sparkly appeal to an unassuming and average sweatshirt.

Unfortunately this particular top can only be found at a physical Deb Shop location since they have announced that they are going out of business earlier this week.  There is no longer a website for online shopping.  I’m super bummed about this because I absolutely loved Deb and they have been such a great company to collaborate with.  So if you have a Deb Shops location near you I would definitely head over there ASAP.  Everything literally must go and prices are super reduced.
