I can’t believe the weekend is over and it’s already Monday — granted we are only in the wee hours of the most hated day of the calendar week but still… Mondays stink! I had a long work week and was excited for Saturday to come which was spent with friends and family at Jacksonville Beach. Today was such a whirlwind but ended perfectly with a late night dip in the pool and a little jacuzzi time with some of my favorite ladies. I love weekends like this when all you need is a simple activity (beaching it/hot tubbing) along with great company and good food and its always a great time. It felt amazing having no set plans, going with the flow and just being lazy — my look on Sunday afternoon reflected it. I was relaxed in slouchy boyfriend jeans that couldn’t be more comfortable but you know I had to keep it a little edgy with my metallic kitten heels — they have been so handy lately as a great trendy go-to-pump that’s easy to walk in and versatile.

Love those pants! I’ve been waiting for someone to post about their boyfriend jeans. I think I might invest in a pair since all the pairs I’ve been making don’t seem to rip the right way.
