As you stated our smiles do not always reflect what is inside. I work with my Sister and brother in law in Jacksonville, Fl. We have an herbal apothecary; Auntie Peaches Natural and Organic Herbal Apothecary and we are currently dealing with individuals that are having anxiety and depression due to current situations. Those whom are not suffering from stress and anxiety have experienced symptoms of COVID-19. So needless to say at the end of my day of making herbal tea recommendations and diet changes, my emotions can tend to get the best of me. I thank God for the strength and thank you for sharing.
